The Baptism Dress

Uffff... I was seeing it very difficult, almost impossible... But I DID IT! Trrraaaannn tan taaaann, ladies and gentlemen I present you the baptism dess! Just in time for the improvisational pleating contest, by Straight Grain!
I have been thinking about the dress for 3 months, browsing through several patterns, ideas... And then the improvisational pleating contest started and I knew exactly what I want to make, an Hanami with pleating on the bodice! I had a lot of work and events and I gave up, I decided to make it but latter. Yeasterday I spend the evening sewing, went to bed really late, but I'm glad I've made it! Love it! Love it!
She gona be baptised in 3 weeks time and she already has the dress, made by mom :-)
It deserved much better photos, but I only had 20min to shoot and to blog about it and link the post... So it had to be with the phone and in a hurry :-(

Pls vote here ! I really want to win!
