Another great pattern... by Straight Grain

An is one of the sweetest persons on the sewing/blogging world! I guess you all noticed by now that I'm totally in love with Straight Grain patterns, I like them all! The new pattern is no exception, It's GREAT! How cool is the launching video?!?
It's boiling hot in Madrid, like really really hot so I did a little hack and made both versions sleeveless. For the Elena I've also changed the zipper for some kam snaps. Can you believe I forgot to take pictures of the back?!? I prefer buttons/snaps for little ones.
Sometimes I don't care how the photos turn out, I just go ahead and shoot with the mobile if the camera husband is not around, but this time I wish I had better pictures to make justice to both dresses. They are so much better in real life... sigh...
There's nothing to say about the pattern that you already don't know. An instructions and diagrams make it a breeze to sew and the pattern pieces match to perfection, even combining sizes. I always need to do it to my chubby tinny girl, size 2 width and 12M height.
Enough of talking... Ladies and gentlemen I present you my versions of the Norah and Elena
(yes, there's a bow in the back... I could say that I've planned it and add it on propose, but no, the top of the zipper was really badly inserted kind of strange and I had to hide it below a bow)
Regina well done! The Elena is TOP! (for the more distracted, An designed the Norah and Regina the Elena). She hangs around here http://tweeemmerkeswater.blogspot.be.

E sao estas as minhas versoes do Norah e do Elena!

Vao a loja dela (aqui) e usem o codigo BLOGTOUR25

Vejam as versoes maravilhosas que toda a gente esta a fazer... enquanto eu vou ali fazer as malas para as ferias Part II!
